Production Executive

Pluto Intero is a Jaipur-based hardware startup developing sustainable home & interior products using recycled materials.

We are looking for a Workshop & Product Development Associate to support product manufacturing, prototyping, and day-to-day workshop operations. This is a hands-on role for candidates who enjoy building products and learning how manufacturing works.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manufacture products in the workshop
• Assist in prototype development and product testing
• Operate basic power tools (training provided if required)
• Source components and coordinate with local vendors/fabricators
• Pack and dispatch products and samples
• Maintain workshop, tools, and inventory
• Support exhibitions and operational activities when required

Requirements:

• Willing to work full-time from our workshop in Jagatpura, Jaipur - near D-Mart, Akshay Patra
• Hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of Excel and smartphones
• Interest in manufacturing, hardware, product development, or engineering
• Freshers and candidates with workshop/manufacturing experience are welcome

This is not a desk job.

You'll work directly with the founders and gain practical experience in product development, fabrication, manufacturing, and startup operations.
