Job Description
Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and development for quality and cost efficiency
Rate negotiation, RFQ/RFP handling, and comparative statement preparation
Purchase planning as per project/site/store requirements and budget
Preparing and managing Purchase Orders (PO) and ensuring timely delivery
Inventory planning, stock control, and coordination with store team
Documentation: PO, GRN, invoices, and audit-ready records
Vendor performance tracking and payment coordination with accounts
Contract terms compliance and risk control in supply chain
Preparing MIS reports, cost analysis, and budget vs actual tracking
Coordination with project, site, store, and accounts for urgent requirements
