Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best pricing and quality
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with legal and company procurement policies
- Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Resolve supply issues, delays, and discrepancies
- Track and report key procurement metrics (cost savings, supplier performance, etc.)
