Job Description
We are looking for a high-performance Real Estate Sales Manager to drive B2B and investor-focused real estate sales in Udaipur. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, channel partner engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures across land, farmhouse, resort, and investment-led projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert qualified real estate leads
- Conduct investor and developer meetings
- Manage site visits and client presentations
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, and channel partners
- Drive negotiations and closures
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Track local market trends and investment opportunities
- Desired Profile3–8 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong network in Udaipur real estate ecosystem preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially sharp
- Ability to manage HNI and investor relationships
