Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our real estate team. The role will primarily involve telecalling, lead generation, and client

coordination to support property sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach.

Location: Durgapura / Mahaveer Nagar

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 (based on skills & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities: Real Estate Sales and

Marketing Executive·       Make outbound telecalls to prospective clients and generate leads.

·       Explain property details, features, and benefits to clients.

·       Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested buyers.

·       Maintain and update client database regularly.

·       Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

·       Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

·       Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

Eligibility Criteria:·       Female candidates preferred.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer service is an advantage.

·       Basic computer knowledge.

·       Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
