Job Description
Key Responsibilitys
- Drive Sales PerformanceAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales.
- Lead and Manage the Sales TeamSupervise, motivate, and guide sales executives and agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Generate Business OpportunitiesIdentify new markets, projects, and customer segments.
- Build partnerships with brokers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Manage Customer RelationshipsMaintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor Sales PipelineTrack leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead management.
- Recruit and Train Team MembersHire, onboard, and train sales staff.
- Conduct regular product and sales-skills training sessions.
- Coordinate Marketing ActivitiesWork with marketing teams on campaigns, property launches, and promotional events.
- Provide market feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare Reports and ForecastsAnalyze sales data and market trends.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies and real estate regulations.
- Review sales documentation and contract processes.
