🔔 Real Estate Sales Manager – Urgent Hiring (📞 Usha Saini – 96606 94215)
📍 Location: 66, Ridhi Sidhi Enclave, Gyan Vihar Marg, Opposite Akshay Patra, Jagatpura, Jaipur
💰 Salary:₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹50,000 (More conversions = higher incentives)
💼 Job Overview- We are urgently hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager for a 100% on-site, office-based role involving direct client interaction and site visits. This is an individual contributor position where leads will be provided, and the candidate will be responsible for converting them into sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales
- Telecalling and regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Conduct residential flat site visits with clients
- Explain project details and close deals on-site
- Work directly at the real estate project location
- Ensure end-to-end client handling until conversion
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
- Gender: Both male & female candidates allowed
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales
- Language: Good English communication required
- Shift: Day shift (Full-time)
- Role Type: Individual Contributor
- Documents Required: Previous company salary slip or bank statement
