Job Description

Front Office Executive (Night Shift) – Hotel

Timing: 10:00 PM – 9:30 AM

We are looking for a responsible and professional Front Office Executive for the night shift to manage hotel reception and ensure smooth guest handling during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out during night hours
  • Manage reservations and room allocations
  • Attend guest queries, calls, and requests promptly
  • Maintain records, billing, and daily reports
  • Ensure guest safety and coordinate with security/housekeeping
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (hotel software preferred)
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Presentable and professional attitude
  • Experience in hotel front office is a plus
