Job Description

Regional Sales Business Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Responsible for driving regional sales volumes, market share growth, and overall business performance for the Passenger Vehicle segment.
  • Manage complete regional P&L including billing volumes, forecasting, working capital, and sales planning for sustainable growth.
  • Lead target setting, demand forecasting, and EDCM (Electronic Demand Change Management) execution as per business requirements.
  • Drive business through key sales enablers such as Rural, Corporate, Fleet, Government, and Exchange channels.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to implement special schemes and improve sales conversion and profitability.
  • Develop competitive market strategies through market intelligence, industry trend analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Strengthen dealer network through outlet expansion, dealer profitability improvement, and inventory optimization.
  • Monitor dealership KPIs including manpower productivity, stock aging, interest cost, Sales Break Even (SBE), and accessories sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach Area Sales Managers (ASMs) through regular performance reviews and field engagement.
  • Ensure high standards of customer centricity, customer satisfaction, and seamless pre-sales and sales experience across the region.
