Job Description
Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: C- Scheme, Jaipur
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (2nd & 3rd Saturday off)
Salary: 6 LPA - 8 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Handle high-value clients and support the team in closing deals.
- Track daily sales activities, reports, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure proper training, and development of team members.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–4 years in handling a long telesales/fieldsales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in inside sales/outbound sales (preferred service based industry).
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
