Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to onboard drivers onto the MilesAssist App. The candidate will be responsible for Handling team and give guidance to team for meeting drivers, explaining app benefits, completing registrations, building long-term relationships, and helping expand the MilesAssist driver network.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field marketing experience, and the ability to convince and support drivers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit taxi stands, transport hubs, petrol pumps, garages, hotels, and travel markets to connect with drivers.
- Explain the benefits and features of the MilesAssist App to drivers.
- Assist drivers in downloading and registering on the app.
- Complete KYC and onboarding documentation.
- Build strong relationships with drivers and vendors.
- Help drivers understand app usage and support them during initial activation.
