Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel operations, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, transfers, sightseeing, and itinerary planning.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable holiday and tour packages.
• Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries, travel schedules, and activity plans.
• Process visa applications and guide clients regarding documentation, appointment scheduling, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Reconfirm hotel reservations, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and pickup timings before guest travel.
• Negotiate with hotels and travel vendors to obtain competitive B2B rates and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep guests informed about their travel plans, booking updates, schedule changes, and important travel information.
• Follow up with guests for pending payments and ensure timely collection before travel.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, invoices, refunds, and vendor transactions.
• Reconcile accounts with vendors and follow up for invoices, credit notes, and refunds.
• Update and maintain vendor databases, negotiated rates, and operational records.
• Ensure all travel documents are complete, accurate, and delivered to clients before departure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel services and high customer satisfaction.
