- Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship ManagerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Source new business for vehicle loans and achieve monthly business targets.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and dealership networks.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.
- Maintain portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
