Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, service, and maintain hydraulic cylinders used in tipping vehicles and commercial applications.
  • Diagnose hydraulic leakage, pressure issues, seal damage, rod/piston problems, and related faults.
  • Carry out onsite repair and field service jobs as per customer requirements.
  • Dismantle, inspect, replace seals/components, assemble, and test hydraulic cylinders.
  • Coordinate with workshop and spare parts teams for timely completion of repair work.
  • Maintain basic service records and report job status to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic cylinder repair.
  • Experience in the tipping / dumper / commercial vehicle industry preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of hydraulic systems, seals, rods, pistons, and fittings.
  • Willingness to travel for field and onsite service work.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer-site repair situations.
