Job Description
Supervise floor operations and ensure smooth restaurant service.
Lead and coordinate waiters and service staff.
Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Team Leader.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of South Indian restaurant operations is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
