Waiter / Steward , Captain (Service Supervisor), Kitchen Helper, Commi Chef, Housekeeping, UT, Kitchen Supervisor

Responsibility

Waiter / Steward

• Take orders and serve food & beverages
• Ensure guest satisfaction and quick service
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service

Captain (Service Supervisor)

• Supervise waiters and manage floor operations
• Handle guest complaints and ensure service quality
• Take special orders and manage table allocation
• Train and guide service staff

Kitchen Helper

• Assist chefs in food preparation
• Clean utensils, kitchen area, and equipment
• Support in basic cutting, washing, and storage
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Commi Chef (Chommi)

• Assist in cooking and food preparation
• Follow recipes and chef instructions
• Maintain quality and presentation of dishes
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Housekeeping

• Clean restaurant, kitchen, and washrooms
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
• Dispose of waste properly
• Support in overall cleanliness of the outlet

Kitchen Supervisor

• supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Manage kitchen hygiene and safety compliance
• Coordinate with chefs and service team for smooth operations
• Monitor stock, inventory, and reduce wastage
• Train and guide kitchen staff
• Handle kitchen scheduling and discipline
