Job Description

Job Summary:


A Parle Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling Parle products to retail shops, distributors, supermarkets, and local markets. The role includes maintaining good relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product availability in assigned areas.


Key Responsibilities:


* Visit retail shops and markets daily.

* Take orders from shopkeepers and distributors.

* Promote Parle products and new launches.

* Ensure proper stock availability and display at stores.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain records of orders, payments, and market feedback.

* Coordinate with distributors for timely delivery.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

* Collect outstanding payments if required.
