Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and responsible Customer Support & Order Coordinator to join our growing bag brand.

The person will be responsible for communicating with customers through WhatsApp, video calls, and phone calls, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with our internal team to make sure everything is arranged correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer video calls and phone calls professionally.

Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and respond to inquiries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bags/products.

Share product photos, videos, prices, and details with customers.

Take and confirm customer orders.

Coordinate with the production, packing, and dispatch teams.

Arrange products/items according to customer requirements.

Maintain customer and order details.

Follow up with customers regarding orders and delivery.

Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate their resolution.

Keep the team updated about important customer requirements.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Comfortable speaking on video calls.

Confident and polite personality.

Good WhatsApp and basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask and coordinate with different people.

Previous experience in customer support, sales, e-commerce, fashion, bags, or retail is a plus.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
