Job Description
Growth Executive / Sales Executive
Focus: Volume conversion of digital courses, books, and marketplace leads.
The MissionAs our Growth Executive, you are the voice of Rooftop (rooftopapp.com) for thousands of curious learners. You will sit at the intersection of commerce and education, turning "interest" into "action." You’ll manage the high-speed flow of leads coming through our app and social ecosystem, ensuring every potential art learner finds the right course or resource.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead Conversion: Own the sales funnel for pre-recorded courses and Artventure books. You’ll be on the front lines, converting inbound leads into active community members.
- Marketplace Management: Drive sales for items uploaded by our providers on the Rooftop Marketplace. You’ll manage lead calls and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Platform Operations: Monitor and optimize our presence on Etsy, Flipkart, and Amazon, ensuring our "Artventure" series remains a bestseller.
- Omni-channel Outreach: Utilize WATI (WhatsApp) and Brevo (Email) to nurture leads who haven't yet pulled the trigger.

- Fast-paced and comfortable with high-volume calling and digital dashboards.
- You understand the Rooftop aesthetic—you aren't just selling a "product," you’re selling a creative lifestyle.
- Location: Work from Office, Adinath Nagar (Opp WTP Mall), Jaipur.
- Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:30 PM, 6 days a week.
