Job Summary

Engineers Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to guide students and parents regarding our courses and services. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, managing communication through calls/emails/messages, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth query resolution and admissions support.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, fees, batches, and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Respond to student queries via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.

Maintain proper follow-up with prospective students and parents.

Transfer and escalate queries to the appropriate department or staff member when required.

Ensure timely communication and message delivery to concerned team members.

Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions data.

Support the admissions and sales process to achieve enrollment targets.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student support.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Resolve basic complaints and provide prompt assistance.

Generate walk-ins and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.

Required Skills

Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.

Ability to handle multiple queries and tasks efficiently.

Professional and positive attitude.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream.

Experience in Education Sales / Counselling / Telecalling will be preferred.
