Job Description

Job DescriptionPrakriti Herbs Private Limited is hiring an Experienced Telecalling Executive for our Ayurvedic wellness products.

  • Responsibilities:Call customers and verify their order details.
  • Explain product benefits professionally and answer customer queries.
  • Confirm COD orders and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Handle customer objections confidently and build trust.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers.
  • Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily calling and sales targets.
  • Maintain polite, professional and customer-friendly communication.
  • Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales or Customer Support.
  • Excellent Hindi communication skills.
  • Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Freshers are NOT eligible for this position.
