Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our retail and distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new retailers and distributors, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure timely order and follow up on payments.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities when required.
