Sales Executive

• Job Description – Business Development / Sales (Construction Equipment & Spares)Industry: Construction Equipment & Spares
• Products: Replacement parts for earthmoving machinery, Backhoe Loaders, Power Tools, and Industrial Supply items
• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales of replacement parts for earthmoving machinery and backhoe loaders
• Promote and sell power tools and industrial supply products
• Appoint and develop dealers/distributors across various states
• Identify and onboard undercarriage parts dealers in target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and industry users
• Expand market presence through new dealer appointments and channel development
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Achieve sales targets and support dealers to increase secondary sales

Coordinate with internal teams for supply, dispatch, and after-sales support

• Preferred Industry ExposureKnowledge of cranes and mining equipment will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with undercarriage parts, wear parts, and heavy equipment components
• Candidate RequirementsExisting industry user or relevant working experience is mandatory
• Prior experience in construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, or spares sales
• Strong understanding of dealer network development
• Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions/states
• Experience & SkillsMinimum X years of experience in construction equipment or spares industry
• Experience in dealer appointment and channel sales
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools preferred
