Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and field visits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee machine solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team.
  • Build relationships with café owners, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
