Sales Executive – IndiaMART Lead Management & Client Handling

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to handle IndiaMART inquiries and customer communication for our textile and home furnishing business.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily IndiaMART buyer inquiries and leads

Communicate with domestic and international customers through call, WhatsApp, and email

Share product details, quotations, and catalogs with clients

Follow up with buyers and convert leads into orders

Maintain customer records and update inquiry status

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing

Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent support

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and online marketplaces

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

Sales and customer handling experience preferred

Positive attitude and confidence in talking with clients

Preferred Industry:

Textile / Home Furnishing / Garments / Export Industry
