Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and metal façade systems. This role requires a strong understanding of the architectural and construction industry, technical knowledge of aluminium systems, and a proactive approach to market development.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, fabricators, and consultants.
  • Generate sales leads through site visits, networking, cold calls, and market research.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products and solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize orders, contracts, and payment terms.


2. Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in coordination with technical and operations teams.


3. Technical & Product Knowledge


  • Understand technical specifications of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walling, and façade systems.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and accurate costing.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.



4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and delivery.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and sales activities using CRM or Excel-based trackers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Competitive salary + sales incentives + travel allowance.




Work Environment:

Field-oriented role with regular client visits and project site inspections.

Coordination with internal office and factory teams for project execution.
