Job Description

Urban Nest Realty Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive plot sales across our projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives
  • Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
  • Handle incoming leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp & calls
  • Plan site visits and ensure high conversion ratio
  • Create sales strategies for fast inventory closure
  • Track team performance and prepare sales reports
  • Handle negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality improvement
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales
  • Strong leadership & team management skills
  • Excellent communication in Hindi (English preferred)
  • Target-driven & pressure-handling ability
  • Knowledge of plotting projects is a plus
  • Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
