Job Description
Sales Manager – Loan & Finance Sector :-
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our finance sales team. This is a P&L (Profit & Loss) based role, where the candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing business profitability, and achieving overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the sales and telecalling team
Generate new business opportunities and loan leads
Drive revenue growth and maintain business profitability
Handle complete branch/business P&L responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition
Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets
Build strong relationships with customers and business partners
Ensure proper follow-up and successful deal closure
Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance records
Train and guide team members for higher productivity
