Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Client Engagement:

• Contact and qualify prospective buyers through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Schedule and facilitate site visits for prospective clients.

Sales Execution:

• Explain property details, pricing, legal documentation, and available amenities.
• Assist customers in decision-making and negotiations.
• Follow up regularly to convert leads into successful sales.

Marketing Activities:

• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation activities.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.
• Key Requirements:Proven experience in real estate sales (plots/villas preferred) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
