Sales & Marketing Executive

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Prospect new leads among dealers, carpenters, contractors, and architects through field visits, calls, and referrals.

•     Understand customer requirements and recommend the right plywood, laminate, veneer and more similar product range.

•     Present product samples, catalogues, and pricing at dealers and job sites.

•     Negotiate terms and close new business against a monthly sales target.

•     Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and follow-ups; coordinate with the office on delivery and payments.

•     Represent the company at dealer meets, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•     1–3+ years in a field sales role, ideally in plywood, laminates, hardware, or building materials.

•     Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•     Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English - comfortable pitching to dealers and contractors.

•     Resilient, organized, and coachable. keeps order tracking and follow-ups on schedule.

•     Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur and own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

•     Monthly salary of ₹18,000 – ₹25,000, TA\DA based on experience, plus sales incentives.
