Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible B2B sales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through B2B platforms, managing product listings and promoting products on social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Generate and collect leads from B2B platforms such as Indiamart, TradeinIndia and other relevant marketplaces.
2. Contact potential customers through calls, messages to understand their requirements and convert inquiries into orders.
3. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Upload and update product photos, videos, description and other details on B2B platforms.
5. Ensure product listing are accurate, attractive and up to date.
6. Create and publish daily posts related to products on social media platforms such as instagram, facebook and whatsapp business.
7. Maintains record of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
8. Assist in increasing online visibility and generating new business opportunities.

Requirements :

1. Good Communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
2. Knowledge of B2B platforms and social media marketing.
3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media applications.
4. Ability to communicate confidently with customers and handle sales inquiries.
5. Strong Follow-up and Negotiation Skills.
