Job Description
job description: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector
2. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
3. Conduct client meetings to understand energy needs and explain solar solutions
4. Perform basic site assessments (roof size, energy consumption, feasibility)
5. Prepare and present customized proposals and cost-benefit analyses
6. Explain government subsidies, net metering policies, and ROI to customers
7. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
8. Coordinate with technical/installation teams for project execution
9. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
