Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Summary:We are hiring a top-tier Solar Sales Expert who doesn’t just generate leads—but closes deals consistently. The candidate must have strong experience in rooftop solar sales, especially under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, and should be confident in handling site visits, objection handling, and final conversions.

• Core Responsibilities:Convert qualified leads into confirmed solar installation orders
• Conduct site visits with a sales mindset (not just technical inspection)
• Pitch solar solutions with clear ROI, savings, and subsidy benefits
• Handle customer objections and negotiate deals confidently
• Close deals on the spot whenever possible
• Guide customers through subsidy and documentation process
• Build pipeline and maintain strong follow-ups until closure
• What Makes You a Fit (Strict Criteria):Proven track record in closing sales (not just pitching)
• Minimum 2+ years in solar / high-ticket field sales
• Strong understanding of PM Surya Ghar & net metering
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and aggressive in achieving numbers
• Comfortable with field work and client-facing roles
• Performance Expectations:Monthly target-based closures
• High conversion ratio from leads to sales
• Fast turnaround time from visit to deal closure
• Salary & Incentive Structure:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
• High incentives on every deal closed (uncapped earning)
