Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate quality leads and schedule appointments.
Explain company products, offers, and services to customers.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and closures.
Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
