Sales & Marketing Manager

The Event Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue generation, sponsorship acquisition, brand partnerships, and marketing strategy execution for IIEMR’s events, including marathons, festivals, workshops, and IPs like wellness and youth engagement platforms.

This role requires a blend of sales aggression + creative marketing thinking + execution excellence.

• 🚀 Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue GenerationIdentify and onboard sponsors, partners, and advertisers for IIEMR events
• Develop customized brand integration proposals
• Achieve monthly & event-wise revenue targets
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
• 2. Event Marketing StrategyPlan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital + on-ground)
• Drive registrations, footfall, and brand visibility
• Collaborate on campaigns for:
• Marathons (Jaipur Marathon ecosystem)
• Wellness & Health Festivals
• College & youth programs
• 3. Brand PartnershipsDevelop tie-ups with:
• Fitness brands
• Healthcare institutions
• Lifestyle & FMCG brands
• Create co-branded campaigns & activation ideas
• 4. Digital & Performance MarketingLead campaigns on:
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• WhatsApp marketing funnels
• Influencer collaborations
• Track ROI and optimize campaigns
