Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Office Sales Representative to generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, maintain sales records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in person.

Generate new business opportunities and close sales.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

Prepare quotations and process customer orders.

Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate with operations and customer support teams.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of sales experience (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
