Job Overview

• Role: Principal
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in an administrative or leadership role (Vice-Principal/Coordinator/Principal).
• Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience and qualifications).
• Location: 35 Vishnu Colony, Opp. ESIC Hospital, Sodala, Jaipur.
• Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership: Oversee the curriculum, ensure high standards of teaching, and implement innovative educational practices.
• Administration: Manage daily school operations, including staff scheduling, admissions, and compliance with educational boards.
• Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Parent-School Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and building a strong community.
• Growth & Vision: Develop strategies for school growth, student enrollment, and maintaining the school’s reputation in the Sodala area.
• RequirementsEducation: Post-Graduate degree (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com.) with a B.Ed. or M.Ed.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in school management software and basic digital tools is preferred.
• Persona: A proactive leader with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for student development.
