Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Office Assistant to manage the daily administrative, financial, and operational tasks across a diverse portfolio of active local and international businesses.

In this role, you will act as the central anchor for the owner, ensuring smooth daily operations by maintaining flawless records, managing multi-location staff, handling routine financial transactions, and coordinating marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a sharp, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can comfortably multitask.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–5 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator (experience managing multi-business accounts is a major plus).
  • Financial Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of bookkeeping, managing cash flows, and reading basic business/sales reports.
  • Tech Proficiency:

  • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, data sorting, clear formatting) are non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable with digital payment gateways, net banking, and project management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Soft Skills: High level of discretion and trustworthiness, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
