Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security architecture aligns with evolving business strategies and regulatory requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions within cloud environments.
- In-depth understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards relevant to cloud architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with integration of security tools and automation to streamline identity governance and administration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
