Security Guard

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, alertness, and the ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:Guard the premises and control access at entry/exit points.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and respond to suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises (indoors and outdoors).
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, or other illegal activities.
• Check and log visitor and vehicle entries and exits.
• Inspect bags, packages, and deliveries when required.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies (fire, theft, medical, etc.).
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with local police/fire/emergency services when needed.
• Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies on site.
• Requirements:Experience: 1–5 years in a security role (retail, warehouse, office, factory, etc.).
• Education: Minimum 10th pass (preferred); basic English/Hindi reading and writing skills.
• Certification: Valid security license or guard training certificate (if applicable).
• Skills:
• Physically fit and alert at all times.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, scanners, alarms).
• Good observation and reporting skills.
