Job Description:
- Supervising and assigning duties to security guards.
- Monitoring warehouse security operations and CCTV systems.
- Controlling entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Preventing theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access.
- Conducting regular patrols and security inspections.
- Investigating security incidents and preparing reports.
- Coordinating emergency responses for fire, accidents, or medical situations.
- Ensuring all security procedures and company policies are followed.
- Maintaining attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules for security staff.
- Training security guards on safety procedures and emergency response.
- Coordinating with warehouse management, transport teams, and local authorities when needed.
- Keeping records of visitors, vehicles, and security incidents.
- Experience as a security guard or team leader.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
