Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial discipline across departments. This role is critical for cost control, margin improvement, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Control

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cost structures and improve profit margins

2. Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee complete accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL)
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

3. Costing & Margin Optimization

• Analyze product costing (especially textile SKUs)
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency

4. Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Implement financial controls and SOPs
• Manage inventory audits and risk mitigation

5. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and cash flow reports
• Provide insights to management for decision-making

6. Team Leadership

• Manage and guide junior accountants
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Operations teams

Qualifications & SkillsExperience:

• 5–10 years in accounting/finance
• Textile, manufacturing, or export industry preferred

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Tally/ERP systems
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, MIS reporting)

Compliance Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of GST, TDS, audits, and taxation

Education:

• B.Com (mandatory)
• CA Inter / CA / CMA preferred
