Job Description
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, eligibility, and admission process
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals
- Explain fees structure, scholarships, and payment plans clearly
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and enrollments
- Assist students with application forms and documentation
- Achieve individual and team admission targets
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admission process
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required
