Job SummaryThe Field Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products and services, conducting field visits, verifying customer information, supporting loan processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for banking products and services.
• Promote savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and loan products.
• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition, document collection, and verification.
• Assist customers with account opening and loan application processes.
• Perform KYC verification and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verify customer identity, residence, business, and collateral (where applicable).
• Support loan recovery activities and monitor repayment schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the branch.
• Prepare daily field visit reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and operational procedures.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any recognized discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, sales, or field operations. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
