Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions related to vehicle servicing.

Make follow-up calls for service reminders, feedback, and

customer satisfaction.

Address customer queries, complaints, and service concerns

professionally.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely updates and

smooth customer communication.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Build long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and

retention.

Promote service campaigns, annual maintenance packages, and

value-added services.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or the

automobile industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software/MS

Office.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first

attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
