Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 4 to 7 years in retail sales/management

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Showroom Manager to lead our store operations and sales team in Jaipur. In this role, you will manage a team of 7–8 Sales Executives, ensure high-quality customer service, and actively participate in closing high-value deals. You will be responsible for creating a high-energy sales environment on the floor, handling customer interactions seamlessly, and driving the showroom to hit its monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 7–8 Sales Executives. Track their daily performance, assign targets, and keep the team motivated on the retail floor.

Customer & Deal Management: Welcome walk-in customers and ensure excellent service. Step in personally to handle complex queries, negotiate pricing/discounts within company guidelines, and close premium furniture deals.

Showroom Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, billing, and ensuring the showroom is clean, well-lit, and perfectly arranged according to brand standards.

Target Achievement: Take ownership of the Jaipur showroom's overall sales targets. Ensure the team is effectively converting footfall into sales.

Stock & Issue Resolution: Monitor inventory display on the floor and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for smooth customer deliveries or after-sales service issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 4–7 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1–2 years of experience managing a team of 5+ sales executives.

Industry Preference: Background in Furniture, Home Decor, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Apparels, or Automobile retail.

Skills: Strong face-to-face selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to handle customer grievances calmly and professionally.

Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of local Marwari/Rajasthani dialect is a plus for connecting with local walk-ins).
