Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work is completed as per project specifications, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to achieve project deadlines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance registers.
• Ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and report progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving project milestones.
• Required QualificationsDiploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting.
