About the CompanyA growing textile and fashion brand based in Muscat, Oman, specializing in premium customized clothing, ethnic wear, party wear, formal wear, and fashion apparel. We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive who can build our online presence, generate leads, and drive customer engagement through social media platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
• Create and schedule daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms
• Content CreationCapture product photos and videos
• Create engaging reels and trending social media content
• Write attractive captions, hashtags, and promotional content
• Coordinate with designers and photographers when required
• Lead Generation & Sales SupportGenerate customer inquiries through social media campaigns
• Handle incoming leads and customer messages
• Convert social media inquiries into sales opportunities
• Promote offers, new arrivals, and seasonal collections
• Digital MarketingRun and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Improve page reach, engagement, and followers
• Track campaign performance and generate reports
• Research competitor activities and market trends
• Customer EngagementReply to comments, messages, and reviews
• Build relationships with customers and influencers
• Manage online reputation and customer feedback

Required Skills✔ Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & TikTok Marketing

✔ Reels Creation & Video Editing

✔ Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, VN, InShot or similar tools

✔ Social Media Advertising

✔ Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

✔ Basic Photography & Videography Skills

✔ Content Planning & Campaign Management

✔ Excellent Communication Skills

• EligibilityEducationAny Graduate / Diploma Holder
• Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Fashion, or related background preferred
• ExperienceMinimum 1 Year Experience in Social Media Management
• Freshers with excellent portfolio and practical skills may also apply

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Passport is Mandatory
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman
• Candidate should be comfortable living and working overseas
• Basic English communication required
