Social Media Manager

Sansi Mayo is a growing luxury lifestyle brand specializing in premium watches, jewellery, and luxury perfumes. We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and experienced Social Media professional who can take ownership of our digital presence and build a strong, aspirational online identity for the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow Sansi Mayo's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars for our watches, jewellery, and luxury perfume collections.

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and other social media formats.

• Create content strategies for product launches, new collections, festive campaigns, promotional offers, and brand awareness campaigns.

• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging that reflects Sansi Mayo's premium and luxury positioning.

• Develop creative storytelling concepts to showcase the craftsmanship, design, lifestyle, and appeal of our watches, jewellery, and perfumes.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, Reels trends, and digital content strategies.

• Coordinate with the graphic designer, content creators, and marketing team to execute campaigns and maintain consistent brand communication.

• Plan and execute product launches, influencer collaborations, gifting campaigns, festive campaigns, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor social media performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

• Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.

• Ensure all content and communication consistently reflect Sansi Mayo's premium, sophisticated, and aspirational brand image.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook content strategies.

• Excellent knowledge of social media trends, Reels, Stories, content formats, and audience engagement.

• Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of luxury, fashion, jewellery, watches, perfumes, and lifestyle branding.

• Ability to independently plan content, manage campaigns, meet deadlines, and take complete ownership of social media responsibilities.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and insights will be an added advantage.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Experience working with luxury, fashion, jewellery, watches, perfumes, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
