Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

•    Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business

•    Manage day-to-day social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and DMs

•    Shoot and edit basic photos/videos of products, factory, showroom, and dealer network for social content

•    Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) within given budgets

•    Track page/campaign performance and share weekly reports (reach, engagement, leads, CPL)

•    Coordinate with graphic designer’s/video editors (in-house or freelance) for creatives

•    Manage Google My Business listing, reviews, and local SEO basics

•    Support WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and offers for dealers, carpenters, and customers

•    Research competitors, industry trends, and content ideas relevant to the plywood/laminate/interior segment

•    Assist in website content updates, blog posts, and basic SEO (if applicable)

•    Coordinate with the sales team to align digital leads with on-ground sales activity

Required Skills

•    6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in social media/digital marketing (internship experience acceptable)

•    Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, IndiaMart & TradeIndia Portals

•    Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar)

•    Understanding of Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads basics

•    Good written communication skills in Hindi and English

•    Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

•    Creative thinking and an eye for visual content

•    Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently

Qualification

•    Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Mass Comm/BBA preferred but not mandatory)

•    Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
